I will always take parents preferences into account when considering day time sleeping for babies and I can offer the following :-

* A quiet room for babies to sleep in during the day and this room has a smoke alarm and baby monitor.

* A cot and  a buggy/pram that reclines flat. Sometimes babies may want a quiet cot and other times they may want to be in the buggy and watching  'the world go by'

NCMA recommend that parents supply babies food and milk for the first 12 months. This takes the baby through the first weaning stage.

I have a large selection of toys aimed at babies including playnest, activity arch, 'sit and play' toys, electronic toys and lots of  interesting books.

For safety, and if needed, I have a padded play pen.
